Travel can turn into a nightmare if you’re not used to doing this kind of planning!

Fortunately, having a full-time tour co-ordinator on our team allows us to offer you yet another complimentary service. We can help you plan to meet any special needs your tour members may have, or to include any attractions along the way. (We know where they are!) On your behalf, we’ll make reservations for attractions, book meals, venues, motels, and organise any hire or special equipment.

Coach Drivers...They’re patient and friendly AND they’re always willing to go the extra mile to assist your guests.

 

We carefully select our drivers for their safe driving records AND pleasant and helpful attitudes — so you’re assured of an enjoyable journey.  Each one of our team is caring, professional, experienced and friendly. They don’t just “drive and drop off”. From the cheery “G’day!” at the door, they take an interest in you and your group. They’ll provide your group with complimentary hot water on day tours for morning teas, if requested. They’ll point out landmarks and give you expert commentary, when required!

Just part of our family... We believe our fleet of buses and coaches are part of the family, that’s why each Bus and Coach has been  christened with their very own name!

We can carry from 13 to 57 seated passengers or for larger groups you can have multiple coaches; all our coaches have seatbelts and we have whellchair accessible non belted "low floor" buses. We offer air-conditioned coaches with comfortable seats through to 5-star coaches - and luggage trailers, of course. On-board entertainment is available, and vehicles are fitted with communication equipment to ensure a seamless trip. Each vehicle is subjected to our rigorous maintenance schedule and must pass 6-monthly mechanical and safety inspections.
